It's a new year!

At NHC the new year begins every September, late in August we have to submit our requests for the upcoming budget year. A bunch of thoughts tumble around in my head as I look at this task. What do we really need? What will make it easier for techs to do the best job they can with the least amount of stress? What would help to engage the people who attend, help them grow in their faith.
To that end I would like to hear from you.
Your comments help me and the leadership team plan a budget for the coming year.
To do this please list the area you serve in.

-Multimedia projection
Then an answer to these questions;
1. What would be one piece of equipment that we could upgrade or purchase the make us more effective?
2. If there is a way in how we setup or house equipment that could be done better?
3. If there is training, labeling or procedures that would help you what would it be?
